All Battery USA Lithium batteries include a 12-year Manufacturer defect limited warranty from date of purchase. 5 years is Free, and 7 years is prorated.

0-5 years Free Replacement

5-7 years 18% off retail price

7-9 years 14% off retail price

9-12 years 10% off retail price

Limited warranty is guaranteed against Manufacturer defect only. Limited warranty will VOID if evidence of (Customer error) Example: Jump starting, short circuiting, negligence, improper usage, manufacture seal broken, or battery been submerged.

If you’re having any issues with your battery, don’t worry, Battery USA Lithium has developed a straightforward and easy warranty process.

Battery USA Lithium Batteries

• To start a warranty claim, Email Lithium@batteryusa.com . The battery may have to be shipped back to Battery USA to see what is wrong with it.
• Our Batteries are Non-Transferable.
• Must show proof of purchase.
• Must use our chargers or Power-pole Charge system on our Lithium batteries.
• If there is a problem with a battery, we do not repair any of batteries like other companies, we will replace it with a new one.
• If you have to ship the battery back to us, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

 

Battery USA Lithium Chargers:

• Battery USA lithium Chargers have a 2-year free replacement.
• If the Charger is submerged, that will void the warranty.
• If the wires are cut for any reason on the charger, that will void the warranty.
